As a cruise host with us at Eckerö Linjen, you will play an important role in entertaining our guests and ensuring they have a fantastic experience on board M/S Eckerö. You will be one of four cruise hosts working week on/week off in pairs. Together, you will perform daily shows with singing and music, host quizzes, and socialize with guests.

On M/S Eckerö, you work week on/week off, which means you are on board for work every other week and off every other week. During the week you work, you will live on board and also have all meals served in the staff cafeteria on the ship.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be a skilled musician with experience in duo/band. You are used to being on stage and can play one or more instruments. As a person, you are very social and outgoing, have a positive aura, and enjoy socializing with people of all ages. Since the cruise hosts work in pairs, it is also important that you have good teamwork skills while being able to work independently. If you have a large network in the music world, we see it as a plus, as well as if you have your own backtracks and knowledge of how to obtain/make/use them. Furthermore, we see that you have good Swedish and good knowledge of sound technology.

We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities in this recruitment.

The role of cruise host is a permanent full-time position, with a probationary period applied.
